Die Capela de Nossa Senhora das Vitórias, eine kleine Grabkapelle im Park „Mata Jardim Jose do Canto“ am südwestlichen Ende vom Lagoa das Furnas.
José do Canto, ein azorischer Grundbesitzer und Intellektueller, Bibliograph und Förderer neuer Agrartechnologien, liess diese Kapelle als Grabmal seiner Frau erbauen. Der Bau wurde um1885* fertiggestellt (*je nach Quelle verschiedene Angaben).
