ehemalige Esche-Fabrik, heute Ärzte- und Geschäftshaus
Das Gebäude wurde im Bombenhagel im März 1945 schwer beschädigt und danach nur behelfsmäßig instandgesetzt. Nach der Wiedervereinigung wurde das gebäude grundlegend saniert und der Giebel erinnert heute wieder an eine Industrie-Kathedrale.
