Oh yes, Piesport also a beautiful wine village. We were in Leiwen guest. From Trier to Koblenz I was in almost all wine villages. It is a fantastic landscape and a special flair. Best regards, Frank

o0o good wine, beautiful scenery ... and yes I have visited Germany several times
and enjoyed very much ... no cycling ... no hiking and no camping but the boat
excursions have been enjoyable but too few ;-).

I'm delighted, Peggy! But seriously, for me one of the most beautiful river loops. Everywhere vineyards. Especially in autumn a wonderful landscape. I like it very much there. Too bad that it is a bit far from my home.
