We recently went the Via Ferrata Absamg to Bettelwurf Hut (Tyrol, Austria). This is a long hatscher with 1,370 metres of altitude and 600 climbing metres. But it's fun, also photographically. As a "reward" we always have a shandy up there before the three-hour descent over gravel fields. Have a nice weekend! ~~~~~ Wir sind letztens mal wieder den Absamer Klettersteig zur Bettelwurfhütte (Tirol, Österreich) gegangen. Das ist mit 1.370 Höhenmetern und 600 Klettermetern ein langer Hatscher. Aber es macht Freude, auch fotografisch. Zur "Belohnung" gönnen wir uns dort oben immer ein Radler, bevor der dreistündige Abstieg über Schotterfelder folgt. Habt ein gutes Wochenende! ~~~~~ Weiter Eindrücke:

In a fortnight we'll be doing a 4,000-metre high altitude tour in the Valais. Without fitness, that's not much fun. That's why our agenda at the moment includes extensive training tours on the lower floor. Here you can see a climbing tour with 1,370 metres of altitude to the Bettelwurfhütte (2,077 m, Tyrol, Austria). ~~~~~ In 14 Tagen gehen wir im Wallis eine 4.000er-Hochtour. Ohne Kondition macht das wenig Freude. Deshalb stehen derzeit ausgedehnte Trainingstouren auf der unteren Etage im Programm.
