Walking alone is not the best idea. But there is a well organized rescue service all around the Lake of Neusiedel (Austria) this night. Let's hope, his smartphone is ok.

@ Ruesterstaude: Der Weg ist an dieser Stelle ein sog. Güterweg (in Deutschland: Wirtschaftsweg). Da fuhren in dieser Nacht bestenfalls ein paar wenige Begleitfahrzeuge mit frischem Tee (oder Fotografen wie ich) herum. Mich hat's jedenfalls gegruselt, wie manche ganz alleine durch die Dunkelheit gewandert sind. Von den 1.200 Startern waren ja höchstens noch 300 unterwegs, in einem weit auseinandergezogenen Feld.
