Thanks. I was thinking more of the reason for the bulge on the hood (bonnet). I'm not sure if the MG C was exported to Canada. The MG A & B and B GT models were fairly common. There were a few of the V-8's but they were rare. The Sunbeam Tiger (260 Ford V-8) was much more common.
