The Line actually feeds my house, but doesn't come from a KCP&L Plant and I have KCP&L. It comes from a IP&L Plant (Blue Valley), then goes to a KCP&L Sub (Atherton), Missouri Public Service Switch Yard (Sibley), and finally ends at the Sibely Power Plant owned by MoPub. The switch yard connects it to the Missouri City Plant owned by IP&L.
If anyone can figure it out and tell, please do so. My best bet is it's owned by IP&L but built by KCP&L in plans of IP&L buying my Territory, like they did south of me?
