Lean on me

These were very tiny mushrooms growing on a log at Brown-Lowery Provincial Park on 16 July 2013. The cluster was maybe an inch and a half tall, and I thought they were rather cute. Not much in the way of fungi that day, as it was still a bit early for the peak of the mushroom season (August).

Terrific shot of these Anne ... excellent lighting. colours and textures ... how was your mushroom season this year ... it appears by your posting, it was a lot less than last year??
