I Just Wanna Be MEEEEEEE!!!!! (2 more pix above in notes)
What you're seeing here are two Blue & Gold Macaws, held by the impressive Chris Biro of Bird Recovery International. What you don't see is the third bird held in Chris' right hand which was very clearly disliked by the macaw making the huge fuss. In the pictures I've added in notes above, you'll see it in a very aggressive stance with fluffed feathers and "pinned" eyes. "Pinned" eyes are when a bird's pupils become extremely small and happens when a bird is angry or over-excited. If you ever see a bird showing this body language, DO NOT try to interact with it unless you want to be bitten or quite possibly attacked. This bird is telling everyone that he isn't to be messed with right now. When Chris saw the problem, he put the other bird down and immediately the aggressive bird calmed down and was a very happy bird again! :)
