Cardiff Outing
My dad is on the top left looking very respectable; my Aunt Joan (his sister) is the one in the light dress, sitting in the front row, 2nd from right.
A final goodbye to Auntie Joan today took place in Cardiff. She was very loved.
This photo was taken either right before, or soon after they lost their Dad.
Cardiff, Wales, 1930s.
According to my Dad, the young girl sitting in the front row to the right (next to Joan) was his cousin - ( I think maybe it was Pat Gledhill?). She was annoyed about something - and after all these years my Dad was irritated all over again when he saw this photo!
Probably a church outing, might have been one of the last times my father was associated with a church. : )
