Athens 2020 – Tax

From what I understand there is a tax on postcards and these impressions from what appears to be a franking machine are a way to pay tax. The €0.00 means that the Greek state still has some problems collecting taxes.

In the little circle there are the letter TAP, which is a municipal duty.

The dates and the wavy lines for the tens indicate that this was made by a Pitney Bowes machine.
