Plaza del Triunfo
Plaza del Triunfo was built to celebrate the triumph of the city over an earthquake in 1755. Seville Cathedral is to the right of the picture, the building on the left is the Archive of the Indies (Archivo de Indias) which houses extremely valuable archival documents illustrating the history of the Spanish Empire in the Americas and the Philippines.
