Let Sleeping Dogs Lie (3) - 17 March 2019

It was very warm by an early hour of this Sunday morning and many of the dogs, which appear to roam Philipsburg fairly freely, had decided to rest. They seemed comfortable enough in open spaces and not particularly alert to the pedestrian comings and goings around them.
