Signs of Development (2) - 22 April 2018
Towards the end of the project to construct Newgate Lane East (as it is now known), signs along the route were rather clumsily altered by the attachment of vinyl stickers. I am not sure that anyone cares where the funding came from and I am puzzled by the use of the highly generic 'HM Government'. Why does this not refer to a specific department of state?
