The Diving Museum_002 - 19 July 2013
The Diving Museum (Historical Diving Society) is located in the No. 2 Battery in Gosport, an interesting and historical building in its own right. One of several external exhibits is this German 1939 Atmospheric Diving Suit (ADS) built by Neufeldt and Kuhnke. It had caught my eye earlier but I wanted to avoid photographing a mostly white object when the July sun was at its height. I returned in the rich light of a summer evening to get a better but still imperfect shot.
