Malta at Night (HWW)

Malta at Night (HWW)
Our cruise ship was in the main harbor in Malta. We enjoyed visiting this very interesting area, and the ship was just about to leave, when I noticed that many of the main landmarks were illuminated.

(Seems like plenty of shadows to complement the lighted areas, per the Sunday Challenge.)

Took several shots, using the high ISO capability of the Nikon D700. Image processed with GIMP.

I used to visit Malta a lot in the 1990's. The last time I visited was 2005...time for another visit maybe! Thanks for the memory.
