Ja Ulrich, prinzipiell ist es so, Koh Lanta ist aber so groß, dass es verschiedene Ärztehäuser und ein Krankenhaus hat. Aber die kleineren Inseln rundherum haben so etwas nicht, und dann stirbt man im Notfall, wenn das Schnellboot zu lange braucht. Auch einen passablen Baumarkt gibt es ;))
