Hi Argenna,

Thank you so much, I am so happy that you have enjoyed it. From time to time in Winter Istanbul will get freak weather, warm days and very high winds (called Lodos). This was the end of such a day...

My Dear Füsun,

Thank you so much for your nice visit to this scene. Tuesday 12 January was a very memorable day in Istanbul. We had many things that day, some nice, and some horrible. At least here the sun will set on the day, leaving memories that will last for ever.

Hi Marie-claire,

As always I am very happy to welcome you into my gallery. Thank you so much. Yes, we have a nice red sky, and birds flying freely, a wonderful scene. As I said to Argenna above, this is a freak weather condition in Istanbul, it is really blowing a gale! (Well, it has subsided a little since the morning)
