I like the switch from Istamboul to the IoM (in the following shot).
The contrast does it for me!
I try to achieve something similar by switching between Cornwall and Central Spain. Unfortunately for my attempts at contrast, I find that both sceneries are predominantly granite-based and so there end up being as many similarities as differences!
Best wishes,
Andy
Peter_Private_Box club has replied to Andy Rodker clubA belated 'thank you' for your visit here, and thoughtful comment. You are right, I do try and contrast the pictures (ie not post 10 pics of the same scene), but nothing cleverer than that!
I appreciate that you had noticed!
Now I will try and contrast the ones from my latest expedition (which also explains the absence)!
Best Wishes
Peter

Peter_Private_Box club has replied to gezginruh clubA big 'Thank you' for your visit. I am sorry that I am writing late, I had been away again, as the new pictures will show.
You are right, this was a very memorable day for us, and also saddened by the actions of some evil individuals, as the world will remember. None the less, we found a cafe, had some nice blue sky, and saw a nice sunset over the Bosporus!
Love Peter
