It is possible, after much debate (and the jury is still out), that the islands from left to right are Asparagus and Samphire Islands (although not actually islands at low tide!).

A little further distant, Crane Islands and in the far distance, Godrevy Island and Lighthouse. This is taken directly above the sea cave, shown a few shots back.

This path is steeper than it looks here. Fun going down but care needed. And a slog coming back!
Weird granite

Strange granite shape on the path up to El Cancho Gordo, It has a name which I knew but have since forgotten. Straight ahead is El Cancho de La Bola, haunt of Griffon Vultures.

Cistus on the path. This leads from La Cabrera town to El Cancho Gordo. Ahead is El Cancho de La Bola, home of vultures.
The blue waymark on the rock at mid-centre indicates that a path to a renowned rock climbing area leads off from the main path here.
Godrevy Island and Lighthouse

Godrevy was the lighthouse in Virginia Woolfe's novel; 'To The Lighthouse'. Although she set it in Scotland, she could see Godrevy every day from her house, Talland, near St Ives.
