Thank you, Gillian - the kitchen is tiled throughout with these red tiles and it sure makes for a warm and cosy environment where we all congregate of course!

When kitchen is also a living room place, sometimes the warmest in the house, it is important that it is cheerful and inviting like these tiles suggest it is. Thanks for joining the group and adding this nice turquoise “alien” (look the blue thing story in the group’s description in main page)

Looked it up and yes, it certainly gets ones imagination going where it should be going when not involved in the immediate present. Good escapanism in other words!

Yes it does look as if that stringy thing is a man dancing across the tile. I love the bright red for tiles, it's a great colour to brighten up rooms like a kitchen.

I'm doing all the cooking for me and my parents at the moment and two things help here. I enjoy cooking and always have, and it's a joy to do so in a cheerful looking kitchen!
