Diablo Lake
Diablo Lake is in the North Cascades, in the Ross Lake Recreation Area. It is an artificial lake created by Diablo Dam, one of three dams there which provide power to the Seattle metropolitan area. This picture was taken by my wife at the point where the North Cascades Highway crosses Colonial Creek, and the color is not enhanced in any way. It was taken with a point and shoot camera because I was using her DSLR while mine was in for repairs.
