Zygostates multiflora

This tiny species is from Brazil and belongs to a group of orchids known scientifically as the Ornithocephalinae, the "Bird's Head" orchids, most of which have very tiny but intricate flowers in shades of white and green. The flowers of this plant are less than a quarter inch in size, but the plant had around 10 spikes with 15-20 flowers each the last time it bloomed.
