HWW ~ Winter’s grip

As the morning opens, I see a world of mist and white. As soon as I get the opportunity it’s off to try and get some winter snapshots. Here I am well above Oldham on the way to Saddleworth on a local side road through the hills. I take a short walk and beyond these walls I just about see these trees overlooking some stables.

The original colour was almost without any colour but I used Silver Efex Pro 2 to bring out the trees more and it also gave me the slightly blue cast in the foreground. The sky ended up a bit grainy and so I had to reduce noise and that softened the whole picture again.
