This a very small nebula halfway between the two pointers in the shot below.

Wide field Of the Southern Cross

RCW85 Is the small white part a reflection nebula at the top of the Nebula.

Even though is not time to do RGB shots I am none the less trying to take as many as I can of all filters so I can see if the filter wheel defect goes away.


QHY268M -10c 120 Odd shots 5 min each filter over 4 nights .. 30 shots each RGB 1 min exposure.

Thank you a very small nebula in a lot of dark dust and as you can see the wider field view just how small. it a very interesting place space.
