Partial Eclipse 2019- 15 moons

Partial Eclipse 2019- 15 moons
This was from beginning to end the last moon is where it set. . this panorama was taken at max moon coverage to get a real background for the moons. I will apologize at this if it seems out, my main computer is down and this is done and almost no edit on the laptop. Enjoy the briefest 4 hours and the net result.

PIP thats where the shots came from under the Wind Vane

Foot note:- I was able to spend more time on the SLOW laptop( found out my memory lapse in editing) and get the extra moon which has a flat bottom as it was the last moon and was sitting on Garden Island.

Special K, Xata, , and 24 other people have particularly liked this photo

Ko this was not as good as the last eclipse but it was cloud free close to home with 5 min drive. I was happy to see this as well cold but enjoyable.I was a little surprised to find I was on my own till this photographer tuned up well into the Eclipse.

Thanks Nick I was the only one there I did expect more people so I enjoyed the peace and the dolphins feeding below me in the water.

This is fabulous! Congratulations - for me, there were only clouds. Your work is a good replacement, though.

Stunning Steve! A superb full run of the eclipse from start to finish as it falls to Earth. I managed to get some shots of the moon in eclipse mode too before being clouded over and only after the main event. ⭐ Well done again for another Steve special night shot.

My humble effort ~ Herb

Herb not humble just as good as mine may be even better as you got more colour than I ever saw.I got B/W till the moon got very low then it was strong yellow /Gold. the wind was my biggest killer trying to use the tracker on Moon mode. I will relook at the whole lot once I get the computer back rather than struggle on the laptop. we have your clouds now.....

Hi Steve

I really like this very impressive collection.

It was cloudy for us, so I din't get to see anything except the last half hour or so.

Best Wishes, and a good weekend

It was not looking very good a week before but it got better and better as it got closer. the effort in the cold was well rewarded by this montage and a great teacher. by in large this year has been a clouded winter and no night photos at all but the moon. It was great to see Herbs set of photos from the other side as well. one day I hope it all fall into place for you as well. al the best for you as well.
