Well today has been another depressing dark day with wall to wall grey cloud covering, only to be dispersed at times with the odd rainshower........ really not fair..
I took some pictures of the flowers that are near the house, with raindrops on them.....
The buddleia was looking quite dry really but that was because it was protected from the rain by some fir trees..........
The Himalayan Honeysuckle was also reasonably dry for the same reason - but it's just amazing how they are managing to still bloom - it's a brilliant bush with flowers from around June to the end of October.......
Then I walked out of the protection of the fir trees and the rain was leaving it's mark on the leaves....
Last year's begonina which has reflowered is looking good - that's a good thing - I didn't realise it was on its way back..........
This is my new begonia and I'm looking forward to seeing it return next year too......
Meanwhile the Oriental Lilies really emphasised the raindrops and I just love this flower.
My giggle for the day..........

I have the complete opposite, tropical sun and heat, today managed to hit 35.4 C just after lunch. I will not moan if it rains.
