As it rained yesterday, I got out my macro lens!

It was not as spectacular than the last time, but I was just trying low shutter speeds early morning at the sea. It is a question of learning more and more!

My impressions of my son's birthday!

I was looking after him the other day and we found the daisies in the garden. He wanted to make a bouquet for his mother!!!!

It's worth going out early, as that where the colour is!

This is a new museum which was opened only a couple of weeks ago. The paintings were given to the town by a rich American who collected his paintings. The town is hoping to attract a lot of tourists with it.

I wanted to take silouettes against the sunrise, so went into town! There will be more to come!

I spent a day there recently and enjoyed the town very much. It's known for it fountains and bears!!

I enjoyed this series, and I hope you will too!

As promised, I am putting up photos taken in autumn. I could not get over the beauty of the colours! We don't have these colours in the south of France!

I'm away for 10 days and will be back soon.

These concern only my English friends and family as they are not delivered outside England at present.

and I will be here for a short while before I go to Switzerland for a few days. I will be putting up photos when I can. I can't be very active again till I am back.

I will be going away for about 3 weeks, so won't be very active on the site. These photos were taken this morning. Hope you enjoy them!

It's only at this time of the year that the sun rises over the sea, otherwise it rises over the mountains. I wanted to see this and it was really worth my while. I will go back there again as I just love the experience. It's so calm as there is no one there and the colours are out of this world!
