Welcome all: ask tricky questions here

Feel free to ask in your own language. We try to manage with translation tools as far as we can.

Make sure your case belongs here

Check that your problem is not already dealt with on Frequently Asked Questions.

Check through the topics already posted in this group.

Consider if your problem is better to become reported as a ticket.

Be prompt but specific enough

Take screenshots when needed, upload them to your own account, and use images embedded in comments. Images often tell more than words.

Describe for example in steps what you did, what happened, and what you expected to happen.

If possible, give URL address of the page(s) where the problem occurs.

Find out and tell what browser, operating system, and versions of them you are using.

Stay on topic on each of the discussions. Do not try to turn the discussion onto some other issue. Instead open a new topic if there is no good enough topic existing already.

Utilize RSS feed reader to follow the discussion

To get noticed (on browser tool bar), when someone posts something on this group, you may then find RSS Feed Reader browser plugin/extension as useful:
feeder.co/product/platforms
Browse down on that page to get plugin/extension for the browser you are using. Or try any other similar plugin/extension.
Once you have the plugin/extension installed, visit the group discussion front page and click the RSS feed link on bottom of that page:

Yes, we definitely will advertise this. Hopefully some of the issues can be solved here instead of having a flood of tickets ;-)

Guten Morgen,
