I'm not one that normally goes into raptures about green beans or any green vegetables come to that :-) Of course, I have to eat my vegetables otherwise Helen won't let me get down from the table!! :-) But, your green beans do look delicious, Karen. So, I may just pop by to taste them if that is okay? Unfortunately neither link would work but I found another that did :-) A clever musical match :-)

Must confess they are not on my favorites list however it's a lovely capture and a great musical link when like Roger I eventually found one that worked

Thank you, Roger. It's unfortunate the links don't work sometimes!

We have these beans in Spain, but they don't have good old English runner beans here and I miss them lots!! My Spanish brother-in-law tried to grow them in his allotment (he took some beans back for sowing), but they didn't take. Plant and flower looked great but they didn't set. A pity. Don't know if you have runner beans in Washington, Karen.
Enjoyed my brief visit to your excellent gallery. Thank you!

I've never heard of runner beans before. I will have to look them up. These Romano beans were excellent this year. :)

Thank you very much for your visit, Andy. :)

Great shot Karen, they look like runner beans masquerading as Romano,
sadly the link didn't work.

Thanks, Roger. They were funny and confused Romanos this year. They were supposed to be bush beans and then they started sending out runners. No matter, they still taste incredible.

Sorry about my links. It's just hit or miss with them. :-)
