Saturday 4 July 2015 (1421) - Manchester Metrolink 3020 heads into Drake Street after leaving the terminus in Rochdale. Just beyond Fleece Street (on the right beyond the front of the car set the single track section becomes double. The River Roch flows beneath this section of roadway under the town centre. To have had double track over the river covering would have required significant structural improvements.
