Canada Tour / Lake Louise

Lake Louise is a lake in Banff National Park. The glacial milk, which is interspersed with fine rock particles that enter the lake with the meltwater, causes the turquoise blue colour of the lake.

I wondered how the water became such a gorgeous turquoise colour. This area is often used for advertising Banff in Canada. This is a great picture with the lake beautifully framed by the trees
