Hi dear LGM Hard o glimpse but there is a river to the left of the railway line too. I just thought it was time to upload a image or two of my favourite bridge. I remember first seeing it when they were building the columns as I crawled through Millau in the then almost perpetual traffic jam.
I have taken shots of the viaduct from most of the possible positions x

Dani it is well worth the trip to see it and to drive over it ~ it is a wonderful work of engineering at its very best ~~~

Hi Steve, the view from the bridge is fantastic alright. There have been a couple of TV programmes covering the building of this viaduct, don't know if you have ever seen them.

Hi Nick. Another great shot here. Did you see the documentary on building this bridge recently on Quest? (Great Bridges). Love to shoot it too, especially from high, whilst the valley is shrouded in mist, which it does quite often I believe. Even better in such conditions and then a sunrise. Wow!
