Thank you, Diana. Yes, an endlessly fascinating part of the world! Thank you too for your concern about my health. I'm pleased to say that I have made great strides, especially in the recovery of walking again and in speaking. When I left hospital in August of last year I could do neither and I have worked long and hard to get some ability back with both. Next step, walking in the mountains again!

Pleased you appreciate my trying for a decent composition, Keith! It took some doing as my shadow kept creeping in and I had to do a rather strange body contortion to avoid this - much to the consternation of an old lady walking her dog behind me!
