I have started a new album "Flowers and Folk", which contains acollection of of pictures of people with flowers. Some of these also appear in my album "BANGALORE", to which I am continously adding new pictures.

The album "MOORE and MORE" is a collection of photos of sculptures by Henry Moore. These are currently being exhibited at Kew Gardens.

The movement of water is obvious and easy to observe, but this is not the case with air. We can feel air but cannot see it. A flag moves in reaction to the movements of air, and its motion gives us an visual interpretation of the motion of air that we are otherwise unable to see. This is part of the fascination of flags. Once again, I have found a gap in the Ipernity groups -  a group dedicated to monuments. I have started a new group. Its object is to  post pictures of pairs of towers - could be two twinned towers that are part of the same building, as is the case for many churches, - or.... could be a juxtaposition of two towers to contrast their appearances or functions or both.
