When I was a boy, this was just a small kiosk where we bought candy on our way to the swimming pool.

No dogs allowed here. The text below says that, formerly, you could walk your dog here, but may not do so anymore. BTW, “formerly” was (at least!) fifteen years ago...

“What the ... am I doing here?” Yes, indeed. At least, this is a nice clean piece of grass. No dog would dare to trespass...
