To show that it’s really me, I even used a fill-in flash! :-) Acute observers will notice that the wind screen has arrived; it really helps.

Not so hot perhaps as Evansville, Indiana, but 35º C/95º F is more than any ol’ hyperborean can bear (without sweating). The hotel, nice enough otherwise, had no airconditioning –perhaps we should have stayed in our car.
