Description: On the obverse, a nude attendant struggles to harness a rearing horse, grasping and pulling down on his bridle. The horse in the foreground is already harnessed, calmed by another attendant who strokes his mane and nose. A man in a long himation holds the reins of the harnessed horse and stands behind the chariot. Women observe the harnessing scene from either side. On the reverse, an attendant holds the bridle of another horse. At right, an armed warrior followed by a woman carrying his spear walks beside a bridled horse, who approaches a man with his hand raised. The horses and warrior on the reverse may be approaching the chariot on the obverse to be united in preparation for battle. Above the primary scenes on the belly is a continuous frieze showing cock fights observed by young men and flanked by lions and tripods. Below, in the predella, alternating lions and boars circle the vase.

Side B: boxers: two youths, one on left with head frontal. To left, trainer; to right, boy. In field, mattocks, discus bag, jumping weights. "Lykos is handsome" (LUKOS KALOS), "Handsome" (on discus bag) (KALOS)
Interior: youth with hare (bending to right, head frontal). He wears a cloak (himation) draped around his shoulders; his walking stick is resting nearby. The picture is labeled "The boy is handsome" (HO PAIS KALOS).
Condition: Mended with slight restoration.

Description: An elegant woman is seated pulling out a skein of wook from her wool basket (kalathos). She wears earrings, bracelets on both arms, a diadem, and an Ionic chiton and himation. She has an elaborate hairstyle, with part of her hair tied up in a bun, and long strands pulled down in the front. She pulls a long strip of wool out of a basket on ground before her. A hair-bag (sakkos) and mirror are hung up in field. The mirror is decorated with a head in profile drawn in outline, which probably represents a relief on the back of the mirror. The object hanging off her chair may be a wool-carder. Above her in the field is the Greek inscription: "the girl [is pretty])" (HE PAIS KALE).

Description
Side A: This scene shows a scene from the myth we know from Homer's Odyssey: Odysseus' escape from the cyclops Polyphemus, who he has just blinded. Here Odysseus is seen strapped to the underside of a ram, so that Polyphemus, touching the backs of his flock, might think only the animals are exiting his cave. The tree behind the figures indicates that he has successfully escaped. The unsheathed sword in his right hand shows that he is ready to cut himself down. He is wearing a leather cuirass, and the emtpty scabbard of his sword is visible.
Side B: A warrior with a helmet, shield, sheathed sword, and spear in right hand lunges to right.
Broken and repaired, with area filled-in to right of shield and with in-painting below figures on both sides.
