At first I thought you can stand on it and move the bottom bar backwards and forwards, but no movement was possible. So I don´t have a clue how children could have fun with it - what was the intention of it, how to use it - does anybody can give me a hint?!? Suggestions?

In the background the mast of Rickmer Rickmers, in front of it the tunnel to station "Landungsbrücken" In the PictureInPicture the tunnel to station "St. Pauli". Between these 2 tunnels was only this bridge above street "Helgoländer Allee". 3x PictureInPicture.
