My country is sharply split by an ominous chasm.
Rejoining the two opposing sides will require a bridge of hope and faith.

The late afternoon sun's radiance lights up the canyon walls in a final blaze of glory while the lengthening shadows herald the approaching night.

Chorten Overlooking The Chasm

A natural shrine overlooking the inspirational view of the chasm of the Grand Canyon is reminiscent of a chorten in the mountains of Bhutan. Although it is not a monument to Buddha or tomb of a saint, it is a pinnacle gracing the glory of Nature.
