Posting again albiet a bit erractically. - 2 years ago

I am back. Well, kind of. Tragically, in 2020, my wife Helen had her right leg amputated below the knee and, sadly, Helen is still not deaing with this loss. I am now pretty much her full time carer and don't seem to get much "me time". However, I do need another interest so am now posting again to ipernity. There will be times when I will take days away though.

    I have been taking photos since the late 1960’s. In the 1970’s I was persuaded to join the Aylesbury Police Camera Club. Not that I was a policeman! The Club was open to other professions and I worked for Buckinghamshire County Council. APCC later became Stoke Mandeville Hospital Camera Club. I guess it was not just seeing other peoples work but receiving, in the most part, constructive criticism from judges that helped me improve my photography. Hello Peter. Great to hear from you. Yes, remember you too. Hope you are well. 1970's seems like a lifetime ago! I always enjoyed my time at the police camera club and was a bit sad when it closed.
