Failure to transfer from Flickr

Has anyone else had this problem? I have been transferring thirty photos from Flickr in batches of ten. Only one of the last batch has made it to ipernity. I have refreshed several times without result. The same thing happened a few days ago.

Flickr is also failing to show photos after a few minutes and needs to be completely restarted (Google Chrome). This happens every time I use it.
