Serenity... for the Sunday Challenge

12 Nov 2024 8 6 43
I am a dreamer. I am not afraid of bare infinity, being in peace with myself I can fill it with my thoughts. For more contributions pls visit the group here: www.ipernity.com/group/daysincolour365 Monte Gordo beach in winter can also give me the serenity I need ... as can nature around Penedos, what I show you very often.

Listening to : youtu.be/q8bFkr22-j4?si=0W66wg3TvphD6w47 I don't smoke but use it in tea. My grandmother was a healer, she used to grow it and it was used to release stress but also some pains. I soon discovered it could be used in another way and it was fun to try, but was never addicted, for me being concious is primordial, same for drinking wine, beer or spirits: I stop when I feel I am not totally myself... Just checked: in Portugal adults above 18yo are allowed to carry 7gr dried cannabis in the street and grow 4 plants at home as long as they cannot be seen from the outside.

Mértola, Igreja da Misericórdia

23 Jun 2024 20 10 96
Museum of Sacred Art It is housed in the old Misericórdia Church, built in the 16th century. It displays a collection of paintings, sacred sculpture and goldsmithery which, for conservation and safety reasons, has been removed from various churches in the municipality of Mértola. The building is located at the main entrance to the old port of Mértola, known as Porta da Ribeira. For centuries, it was one of the busiest places in the city, home to the large houses of the local merchants. It has long since ceased to be used as a place of worship, but it is still the main venue for the annual procession of the Lord of the Steps.
