Pueblo Chile-Bathed Pork in Wheat Flour Tortillas

Made it a few weeks ago. Used (10) fresh red peppers instead of dried and extra garlic. Could not find masa harina and tried to bake tortillas from African white mais flower. After throwing this experiment in the carbage can I made some Wheat Flour Tortillas. We ate them with tomatos and a green salad. Big hit here and definitely not the last time I made them!
