Thanks Astrid!! Great recipe!!
Used half of the dough for the 6 (hand shaped:-)) Kaiser Rolls and put the other half in the bread machine to make the Vienna Bread We loved this bread.
Had a real fight with the dough and felt very clumsy shaping the rolls. It seems so easy.........but it really wasn't.
Btw: Forgot to add the egg and skipped the overnight fermentation in the fridge.
