He's working on the "trunk" of what was one of those fake palm tree cellphone towers. Sprint quickly learned the their "palm trees" are not built well enough for the wind in Desert Hot Springs. Most of the very large, metal, relatively heavy palms fell on the house next door, until Sprint finally took them all down.
