Some healthy Breakfast. Some good old Tea with Milk (normaly, but in this picture it is an instant Cappuchino... Not my favorite, but the tea was empty.), a fruit-bar and some good old "Hartkeks" or "Panzerplatte"...
(Hartkeks means Hard-Biscuit, it is very hard, but tasty and energy-rich... Used in the Bundeswehr-Fieldrations and availaible trough Outdoorstores...)
