Once upon a time...
Garden poppies invaded my garden. They were everywhere. They were killing my Mom's favorite lilies.
I eventually managed to get rid of them.
Now I know that I should have let them stay.
Lilies are almost gone (all but one). Goat weed is thriving.

I am on a journey to Drawerland.
I am rediscovering old negatives (and some digital stuff).
And I wonder how those places do look now.
This one was taken at Muzeum Wsi Radomskiej
- an open-air museum of the Radom region country side.

To be defeated and not submit,
is victory;
to be victorious and rest on one's laurels,
is defeat.
