Twelve years ago, on April 10, 2010, in the morning around 9 a.m. my mother called: "Come! Come here and listen what they are saying! The plane with our president has crashed near Smoleńsk!" I rushed into her room. I stood there, I looked at the TV screen and listened. I was shocked. I was devastated. Then I heard: "No survivors". 96 victims. I could not even process that. So I decided to create my own photo gallery (powered by Piwigo ). It's not like I am leaving Ipernity - no, by all means no! I just want to have some my favorite photos (my photos that I appreciate the most - for very different reasons) kept together and shown to my (not so frequent) guests.
