This kind of skull was a typical symbol of FC St. Pauli and during times the club was ut of money somebody decided it must be fun to mentonied it with "Rettungswagen" instead of the casual "St. Pauli" bottom of the skull (see www.ipernity.com/doc/kiezkicker/615213 for the more common use of this skull at the FC St. Pauli).
